About Space Eagle
A student-run association pushing the limits of experimental rocketry.
A student-run association pushing the limits of experimental rocketry.
Space Eagle was born from a simple conviction: that students, given the right environment and the freedom to fail, can build rockets that rival those of professional teams. We design, manufacture, and launch everything ourselves — from propulsion systems to avionics — because real learning happens when the stakes are real.
We operate as an APS (Associazione di Promozione Sociale), grounded in openness, curiosity, and the belief that space is for everyone willing to work for it.
Space Eagle is born as a collective of aerospace-enthusiastic students focused on sounding rockets.
FG204 is the name of our first solid-propellant rocket, launched using a commercial solid rocket motor after 2 years of water rockets.
In 2023 we develop our first SRAD (Student Researched And Developed) solid rocket motor: Viper-1.
In 2024 we became an official APS (Associazione di Promozione Sociale).
We took part of EuRoC with our Pasadena Payload.
We partecipate at IREC competition with our payload Pasadena and PoliTo Rocket Team.
